Experts: Physicians Need to Own Suicide Prevention

Zero Suicide director Julie Goldstein-Grumet is quoted in this article from MedPage Today: "We would never send our loved ones to a surgeon who says 'I don't really have any training but I'm going to try my best.'" The article cites statistics as it puts forth a succinct argument for physicians to take the initiative with patients who may be at risk for suicide.
