Craig Hilton, CEO of Hampton Behavioral Health Center, talks about the leadership and documentation changes they implemented. Candace Landmark, Executive Director of Community Health Network, gets into their system's culture shift to support Zero Suicide as well as some of the metrics they used to track their data.
