The Vermont Center for Children Youth and Families at the University of Vermont's Larner College of Medicine has created an infographic illustrating the Suicide Care Pathway to help inform parents and caregivers about suicide care - from recognizing a concern for their child to getting connected to suicide specific treatment and coordinating with other providers.   It provides brief information about safety planning.
