WISE Up to Me
WISE's Up to Me curriculum was created to help youth make decisions about whether or not to disclose challenges related to mental health, trauma, and suicide. It does so by empowering those with lived experience to develop their narrative focusing on three major lessons: considering the pros and cons of disclosing; different strategies for disclosure; and how to tell a personally meaningful story.
